Do Team Trump lawyers have the evidence proving election irregularities and fraud on the part of Biden and the democrats? Looks like maybe not! Looks like Trump legal team distanced itself from Sidney Powell today. Looks like POTUS TRUMP chances of surging ahead and winning the presidency over Joe Biden are waning. BARREL & PORK. We report. You decide.
BARREL, what do you think of the Trump Team’s Blistering Evidence Of Widespread Election Vote Fraud?
PORK, if true, it looks like POTUS TRUMP will be our president for 4 more years. The question? Is it true? Can they prove it?
If Joe Biden knew about and fostered the fraud, looks like he deserves an orange jump suit.

- Rudy Giuliani and other lawyers representing President Donald Trump’s campaign outlined their case Thursday –
- That the Nov. 3 presidential election was so deeply flawed in several key states that the results should be overturned in the president’s favor.
- Giuliani said there was a pattern to the alleged irregularities in key states that suggested, he said, a “plan from a centralized place” to commit voter fraud in cities controlled by Democrats.
- He said widespread adoption of vote-by-mail had allowed Democrats to take big-city corruption practices nationwide.
- “They picked the places where they could get away with it.”
- Here are the key allegations the lawyers presented:
- Observers were allegedly prevented from watching mail-in ballots being opened.
- Giuliani said that many mail-in ballots were opened without observers being able to check that they were properly signed, a key protection against fraud.
- Those votes, he said, were “null and void,” especially where the envelopes had been discarded, making recounts useless.
- Allegedly unequal application of the law in Democratic counties.
- In Pennsylvania, whose state supreme court created new, relaxed voting rules before the election, Giuliani alleged that absentee voters in Democratic counties were allowed to “cure” defects in their ballots, while voters in Republican counties, which obeyed the state law as written, were not.
- Voters allegedly arrived at the polls to discover other people had voted for them.
- Giuliani said that many provisional ballots cast in Pittsburgh were submitted by people who showed up to vote in person, only to be told that they had voted already.
- He alleged that Democrats had filled out absentee ballots for other people, hoping they would not show up.
- Election officials were allegedly told not to look for defects in ballots,
- and to backdate ballots.
- Giuliani cited an affidavit from an official who swore she was told not to exclude absentee ballots for defects,
- and to backdate ballots so they would not appear to have been received after Election Day,
- to avoid a Supreme Court order to sequester those ballots.
- Ballots casting votes for Joe Biden and no other candidates were allegedly run several times through machines.
- Giuliani said that there were 60 witnesses in Michigan who would attest to ballots being “produced” quickly and counted twice or thrice.
- He said that a minimum of 60,000 ballots, and a maximum of 100,000 ballots, were allegedly affected.
- Absentee ballots were accepted in Wisconsin without being applied for first.
- Giuliani noted that Wisconsin state law was stricter regarding absentee ballots than most other states are, yet alleged that 60,000 absentee ballots were counted in the Milwaukee area, and 40,000 in the Madison area, without having been applied for properly by the voters who cast them.
- There were allegedly “overvotes,” with some precincts allegedly recording more voters than residents, among other problems.
- Giuliani said there was an unusually large number of overvotes in precincts in Michigan and in Wisconsin, which he alleged was the reason that Republicans on the Wayne County Board of Canvassers had refused to certify the results there this week.
- He also alleged that there were some out-of-state voters in Georgia, and people who had cast votes twice there.
- Voting machines and software are allegedly owned by companies with ties to the Venezuelan regime and to left-wing donor George Soros.
- Sidney Powell argued that U.S. votes were being counted overseas,
- and that Dominion voting machines
- and Smartmatic software
- were controlled by foreign interests,
- manipulating algorithms to change the results.
- Powell noted specifically that Smartmatic’s owners included two Venezuelan nationals,
- whom she alleged had ties to the regime of Hugo Chavez and Nicolas Maduro.
- The legal team alleged that there were statistical anomalies,
- such as huge batches of votes for Biden,
- that could not be explained except as manipulation —
- which, they alleged, happened in the wee hours of the morning as vote-counting had stalled.
- (The companies have disputed these allegations vigorously.)
- The Constitution provides a process for electing a president if the vote is corrupted.
- Jenna Ellis argued that the media, had usurped the power to declare the winner of the election.
- She made the point, citing Federalist No. 68, that the constitutional process of selecting a president had procedural safeguards against corruption and foreign influence.
- Giuliani said that the campaign believed that enough votes were flawed —
- more than double the margins between Biden and Trump in key states —
- that the president had a path to victory.
- Giuliani presented evidence in the form of sworn affidavits,
- citing two
- and noting that the campaign had many more from private individuals.
- He noted that several lawsuits that had been dismissed had been filed by private individuals,
- not the campaign directly.
- He said lawsuits might be filed in Arizona,
- and that the campaign was also examining irregularities in
- New Mexico
- and Virginia,
- though he said he did not think there were enough disputed votes in the latter.
- Giuliani also took on the media,
- arguing that they had provided misleading information
- and condoned threats against Trump’s legal team.

NOTE TO POTUS TRUMP. ENGAGE PAT CIPOLLONE TO ARGUE THE CASES IN COURT AS FIRST CHAIR ALONG WITH Rudy and Sidney in that order!!!!!!
- BARREL, POTUS Trump’s lawyer Pat Cipollone was a camera-shy Washington Everyman — until impeachment showed us his brilliance and made him a star.
- Yes, PORK. POTUS TRUMP needs to have Pat argue the cases in court as first chair.
- With all the affidavits and details about fraud uncovered, POTUS TRUMP will have four more years.
- That was an amazing press conference. Rudy spoke truth to power. Rudy spoke truth to the press.
WERE HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS IF NOT MILLIONS OF VOTES STOLEN FROM POTUS TRUMP? Do Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani have evidence that will overturn the election and thwart Joe Biden? BARREL & PORK. We report. You decide.
- BARREL, Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani just stepped forward and in a national press conference made their case to the American people claiming hundreds of affidavits document fraud including fraudulent insertion of thousands of votes the night of November 3rd.

- Trey Trainor, head of the Federal Election Commission (FEC), said in a tweet Tuesday that he believes Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell’s claim of widespread election fraud.
- Powell, a former federal prosecutor, recently claimed the president’s legal team has been receiving a deluge of evidence concerning voter fraud and other irregularities, telling Fox Business that she has enough proof to launch a widespread criminal investigation and that, “we’re getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states.”
- While she declined to detail what evidence she may have in her possession, she insisted, “I don’t make comments without having the evidence to back it up.”
- Trainor, in his tweet, called Powell “forthright and honest in every case she’s ever taken on,” adding that, “if she says there is rampant voter fraud in #Election2020, I believe her.”
- Meanwhile, Trump campaign adviser Corey Lewandowski told “The Water Cooler” podcast that he, too, believes Powell’s claim of having evidence of systemic election fraud.
- Lewandowski, speaking to podcast host David Brody, called Powell a “dogged professional attorney” and said that “if she says she has that evidence, I have no reason to doubt her at all.”
- “It’s going to be time to start to present that evidence and present it to a court of law,” he added.
- Powell’s claim centers on the notion that elections software switched “millions of votes” from President Donald Trump to Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden.
- She said a whistleblower has come forward alleging that the voting software was designed to “rig elections.”
- “He saw it happen in other countries,” she said, apparently referring to election hardware and software by Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic, or perhaps other software and machines.
- “They can stick a thumb drive in the [voting] machine, they can upload software to it even from the Internet … from Germany or Venezuela even,” Powell said, adding that operations “can watch votes in real-time” and “can shift votes in real-time,” or alleged bad actors can “remote access anything.”
- “We’ve identified mathematically the exact algorithm they’ve used—and planned to use from the beginning” that allegedly switched votes to Biden, Powell said.
- Dominion Voting Systems has denied several times to media outlets that its software and devices are not secure or that they were used to switch votes.
- “Dominion Voting Systems categorically denies false assertions about vote switching issues with our voting systems,” the company said in a statement. “Vote deletion/switching assertions are completely false.”
- “No credible reports or evidence of any software issues exist,” the company stated, adding, “Human errors related to reporting tabulated results have arisen in a few counties, including some using Dominion equipment, but appropriate procedural actions were made by the county to address these errors were made prior to the canvass process.”
- A national coalition that includes the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) and the National Association of State Election Directors said there is a lack of evidence supporting the claim that voting software deleted or switched votes in the election.
- “There is no evidence that any voting system deleted or lost votes, changed votes, or was in any way compromised,” a joint statement from the coalition said, and called the 2020 election “the most secure in American history.”
- Dominion Voting Systems is a member of CISA’s Election Infrastructure Sector Coordinating Council, one of two entities that authored the statement put out by CISA.
- Trainor, in earlier remarks to Newsmax, said he believes locations where poll watchers were not allowed “meaningful access” to observe vote tabulation could be involved in voter fraud.
- “I do believe that there is voter fraud taking place in these places,” Trainor told the outlet. “Otherwise they would allow the observers to go in.”
- The official referred to a case in Pennsylvania, where a court ordered them to allow the Trump campaign to have poll observers watch from six feet away, but the order was defied.
- “They have not been allowed that meaningful access,” Trainor said, adding that if the law was broken in this regard, the election was “illegitimate.”

POTUS TRUMP WINS NEVADA 6 ECVs ACCORDING TO GOP ATTORNEYS. SIDNEY POWELL HAS EVIDENCE THOUSANDS IF NOT MILLIONS OF VOTES STOLEN FROM TRUMP. Barrel & Pork. We report. You decide.
PORK, who won the Nevada 6. Answer. POTUS TRUMP if the GOP attorneys have the evidence as they claim.
Trump campaign files lawsuit asking judge to overturn or annul Nevada’s presidential election results
Former Nevada Attorney General Adam Laxalt walks past President Donald Trump supporters after conducting a press conference in front of Clark County Election Department on Thursday, Nov. 5, 2020. (Jeff Scheid/The Nevada Independent)
- President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign has filed a lawsuit contesting the results of the state’s presidential election while claiming without direct evidence [This statement is FALSE and MISLEADING. Hard numbers were presented during the press conference and will be presented to the Judge backed up with affidavits.] that the identified irregularities will be enough to overturn Joe Biden’s victory in the state.
- At a press conference Tuesday outside the state Republican Party headquarters in Las Vegas, representatives from the Trump campaign — including former Attorney General Adam Laxalt, campaign attorney Jesse Binnall and American Conservative Union chair Matt Schlapp — said they had identified multiple examples of irregularities and voter fraud in the state’s 2020 general election that they allege in totality prove Trump won the election. [The GOP attorneys provided hard number evidence the total of which exceeds JBs vote total.]
- The lawsuit, which was filed in Carson City District Court Tuesday afternoon, is the latest legal challenge filed by the Trump campaign and Republican groups over Nevada and Clark County’s general election processes and procedures.
- Final vote tallies released over the weekend and certified by counties on Monday gave former Vice President Joe Biden a 33,596 vote, or 2.39 percentage point, lead over Trump in the state. [JBs total is overridden by the irregularities and illegal and fraudulent votes.]
- But representatives from the Trump campaign say they’ve uncovered enough evidence of questionable votes to call into doubt those results and “bridge the gap” between Trump and Biden in the state.
- “We’re quite confident in the fact that when the law and the facts are clearly adjudicated in this matter, that it will be very clear that once all the voting happened, once everything occurred, the results were unreliable because of the irregularities and the fraud” Binnall said.
- Dan Kulin, a spokesman for Clark County, said in an emailed statement that the county has not yet seen the lawsuit [Pontification without the facts.] but that it “sounds like they are repeating allegations the courts have already rejected, misstating and misrepresenting evidence provided in those proceedings, and parroting erroneous allegations made by partisans without first-hand knowledge of the facts.”
- The lawsuit itself asks a judge to either declare Trump the winner of the state’s presidential election — through a state law allowing a court to declare winners in elections where evidence is presented that a person other than the defendant (in this case, Biden) received the largest number of votes — or to annul the results of the presidential election and prohibit the appointment of electors to cast the state’s six electoral votes.
- The lawsuit recycles several past complaints and issues raised about Clark County’s Agilis signature verification machine, which was used as a first-pass check on signatures on mail ballots. County officials said the machine only accepted about 30 percent of ballots, with the rest hand-checked by election staff.
- The lawsuit says the machine was set at a tolerance level below manufacturer specifications and that the photo quality of voter signatures used to match signatures submitted with mail ballots was below minimum specifications. The Trump campaign also said in the lawsuit that state law did not allow for a machine to automatically assess signatures, and instead should have required a manual verification of mail ballot signatures. It also reiterates previous concerns with the county’s process for ballot tabulation and observation.
- Those arguments regarding the signature verification machine and ballot observation plans were raised in an earlier evidentiary hearing before the election in Carson City District Court, but were uniformly rejected by Judge James Wilson, who said the campaign failed to show “any error or flaw” in the verification process used by the county.
- Binnall also said that the campaign would be presenting new arguments regarding Clark County’s use of the Agilis signature verification machine, though the initial lawsuit filed did not present any new evidence about issues with the machine.
- In the lawsuit, the campaign also says it has identified several pools of allegedly invalid voters who nonetheless cast a ballot in the election. This includes 15,000 voters alleged to have voted in another state, 1,000 votes cast by individuals who did not meet residency requirements, and at least 500 votes cast by deceased individuals.
- The lawsuit did not include direct evidence [The GOP attorneys provided these numbers. They will provide validation of same in Court.] to back up those claims. An earlier list of about 3,000 voters who were alleged to have moved out of state (which was sent to the Department of Justice) likely included several military absentee ballots or other voters legally allowed to cast a ballot while not in Nevada.
- The lawsuit also says that at least 500 provisional ballots, which are cast by individuals who have some issue with their voter registration, were included in official vote totals without the voters ever resolving the issue requiring them to be provisional. The complaint also says that voters were given arbitrary or misleading information about the provisional ballot process, including some voters who allegedly arrived at polling sites but were told their mail ballot had already been cast.
- It additionally raises issues with a voting drive arranged by the Nevada Native Vote Project, which allegedly conducted a voting drive on several Native American reservations and gave “incentives” such as T-shirts, gas cards, and raffle tickets in exchange for voting. In the lawsuit, the Trump campaign says it has video evidence showing a volunteer wearing a “Biden-Harris” mask and encouraging voters to cast a ballot for Biden.
- “The evidence will show that the reduction in votes for Defendant, however, is 40,000 or more than the reduction for the Contestant or, at the very least, in an amount sufficient to raise reasonable doubt as to the outcome of the Election,” the lawsuit states.
- Nevada Native Vote Project strategy coordinator Ethan Doig said the organization is working on responding to the claims, but asserted that the organization encouraged Nevada Natives to cast their votes, not to vote specifically for one candidate over another.
- “It’s a baseless claim. We engaged with Trump voters and Biden voters across the board,” Doig said, adding that ensuring the Native vote was counted, regardless of who the support went to, was of the “utmost importance” for the organization.
- He added that the claim of Biden-Harris materials in the background of event photos and videos simply demonstrates the lack of attention the Trump campaign gave Native voters.
- “If the Trump campaign and Nevada GOP had shown up and done events on tribal lands, they would have been in those photos as well. Who shows up is who counts.”
- Updated at 4:20 p.m. on 11/17/2020 to include a response from the Nevada Native Vote Project.

So is Biden the president elect? No. The media has no authority to declare who is president elect. And if the massive election fraud allegations are proven by Sidney Powell and POTUS TRUMP’s legal team, President Trump will be our president for 4 more years. BARREL & PORK. We report. You decide.
- So, BARREL. Is Joe Biden the president elect?
- No, PORK. Joe Biden is not the president elect.
- The news media does not declare who is the president elect.
- It looks like POTUS TRUMP will be installed in January and will be our president for the next four years notwithstanding premature celebrations and posturing by Joe and the democrats and most of the media.
- So, what is going on? How is that possible?
- PORK, the highly honored and respected Sidney Katherine Powell, who served as Assistant United States Attorney for 10 years and who now has her own law firm and who represents General Flynn and POTUS TRUMP just stated on national television to Maria Bartiromo that there was massive pre-meditated criminal election fraud manipulating the votes so Biden and other democrats won the election.
- Can Sidney Katherine Powell prove it?
- She said she never makes empty statements that she can’t back up with evidence. She said she has in her possession the rock solid evidentiary proof that overturns the election completely and acknowledges that POTUS TRUMP won the election by a millions of vote landslide, evidence that also shows that other Republican candidates have also been defrauded in this and other elections.
- How so? How is that possible?
- Sidney Powell says she has the evidence including affidavits that demonstrate that Donald Trump won the election by millions of votes and that the Dominion and other voting software were used in multiple states including the so called swing states by the democrats and others to fraudulently manipulate the votes so Biden and other democrats won.
- Wow. If Sidney really does have the conclusive evidence of massive election fraud, that may be the reason Joe Biden could hunker down in his basement and do no campaigning. Looks like maybe Joe knew from the beginning that the fix was in. I mean, how could you lose. Send out millions of ballots and then adjust the results using the Dominion and other voting software. When will we know more? Was this same software used in 2016 and earlier?
- Sidney says more will be disclosed this week. And yes, this same software was used in 2016 and earlier which raises questions about the Clinton Trump race and the Obama Romney race and Senate and House races and others.
- Maybe that is why Hillary was so apoplectic when she lost. Maybe she knew that she had the popular vote and the election locked up before the first vote was cast.
- I notice that the media is apoplectic over this. There is a massive campaign on with pre-scripted talking points attempting to distract and persuade the nation that Sidney’s allegations couldn’t possibly be true and that such is just more right wing conspiracy theory.
- Yes, the democrat hate Trump media is protecting Biden and they have shot off huge media salvos alleging that the Dominion software was infallible and that Biden won.
- I notice that in the past prominent democrats sent letters alleging that the Dominion software was corrupt.
- Yes. And Texas refused to use the software because the software was questionable.
- On the flip side, I notice that the democrats including Adam Schiff earlier all used the exact same language and lock step stated that there were no irregularities in earlier elections which suggests, keying off the idea that what the democrats are stating lock step is indication of what they are actually doing, that they may well have known about Dominion software and that they were manipulating elections to favor democrats for any number of years.
- So BARREL, don’t you think we just have a bunch of conspiracy theories here?
- Not this time, PORK. Not this time.
- Sidney Powell is rock solid honest and credible and her presence alone makes the case that we are witnessing perhaps the greatest corruption scandals of our age.
- Even greater than the Biden China, Ukraine, and Russia corruption?
- Yes, PORK, even greater. As I said, this time Sidney Powell is making the case.
