Trump campaign files lawsuit asking judge to overturn or annul Nevada’s presidential election results

- President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign has filed a lawsuit contesting the results of the state’s presidential election while claiming without direct evidence [This statement is FALSE and MISLEADING. Hard numbers were presented during the press conference and will be presented to the Judge backed up with affidavits.] that the identified irregularities will be enough to overturn Joe Biden’s victory in the state.
- At a press conference Tuesday outside the state Republican Party headquarters in Las Vegas, representatives from the Trump campaign — including former Attorney General Adam Laxalt, campaign attorney Jesse Binnall and American Conservative Union chair Matt Schlapp — said they had identified multiple examples of irregularities and voter fraud in the state’s 2020 general election that they allege in totality prove Trump won the election. [The GOP attorneys provided hard number evidence the total of which exceeds JBs vote total.]
- The lawsuit, which was filed in Carson City District Court Tuesday afternoon, is the latest legal challenge filed by the Trump campaign and Republican groups over Nevada and Clark County’s general election processes and procedures.
- Final vote tallies released over the weekend and certified by counties on Monday gave former Vice President Joe Biden a 33,596 vote, or 2.39 percentage point, lead over Trump in the state. [JBs total is overridden by the irregularities and illegal and fraudulent votes.]
- But representatives from the Trump campaign say they’ve uncovered enough evidence of questionable votes to call into doubt those results and “bridge the gap” between Trump and Biden in the state.
- “We’re quite confident in the fact that when the law and the facts are clearly adjudicated in this matter, that it will be very clear that once all the voting happened, once everything occurred, the results were unreliable because of the irregularities and the fraud” Binnall said.
- Dan Kulin, a spokesman for Clark County, said in an emailed statement that the county has not yet seen the lawsuit [Pontification without the facts.] but that it “sounds like they are repeating allegations the courts have already rejected, misstating and misrepresenting evidence provided in those proceedings, and parroting erroneous allegations made by partisans without first-hand knowledge of the facts.”
- The lawsuit itself asks a judge to either declare Trump the winner of the state’s presidential election — through a state law allowing a court to declare winners in elections where evidence is presented that a person other than the defendant (in this case, Biden) received the largest number of votes — or to annul the results of the presidential election and prohibit the appointment of electors to cast the state’s six electoral votes.
- The lawsuit recycles several past complaints and issues raised about Clark County’s Agilis signature verification machine, which was used as a first-pass check on signatures on mail ballots. County officials said the machine only accepted about 30 percent of ballots, with the rest hand-checked by election staff.
- The lawsuit says the machine was set at a tolerance level below manufacturer specifications and that the photo quality of voter signatures used to match signatures submitted with mail ballots was below minimum specifications. The Trump campaign also said in the lawsuit that state law did not allow for a machine to automatically assess signatures, and instead should have required a manual verification of mail ballot signatures. It also reiterates previous concerns with the county’s process for ballot tabulation and observation.
- Those arguments regarding the signature verification machine and ballot observation plans were raised in an earlier evidentiary hearing before the election in Carson City District Court, but were uniformly rejected by Judge James Wilson, who said the campaign failed to show “any error or flaw” in the verification process used by the county.
- Binnall also said that the campaign would be presenting new arguments regarding Clark County’s use of the Agilis signature verification machine, though the initial lawsuit filed did not present any new evidence about issues with the machine.
- In the lawsuit, the campaign also says it has identified several pools of allegedly invalid voters who nonetheless cast a ballot in the election. This includes 15,000 voters alleged to have voted in another state, 1,000 votes cast by individuals who did not meet residency requirements, and at least 500 votes cast by deceased individuals.
- The lawsuit did not include direct evidence [The GOP attorneys provided these numbers. They will provide validation of same in Court.] to back up those claims. An earlier list of about 3,000 voters who were alleged to have moved out of state (which was sent to the Department of Justice) likely included several military absentee ballots or other voters legally allowed to cast a ballot while not in Nevada.
- The lawsuit also says that at least 500 provisional ballots, which are cast by individuals who have some issue with their voter registration, were included in official vote totals without the voters ever resolving the issue requiring them to be provisional. The complaint also says that voters were given arbitrary or misleading information about the provisional ballot process, including some voters who allegedly arrived at polling sites but were told their mail ballot had already been cast.
- It additionally raises issues with a voting drive arranged by the Nevada Native Vote Project, which allegedly conducted a voting drive on several Native American reservations and gave “incentives” such as T-shirts, gas cards, and raffle tickets in exchange for voting. In the lawsuit, the Trump campaign says it has video evidence showing a volunteer wearing a “Biden-Harris” mask and encouraging voters to cast a ballot for Biden.
- “The evidence will show that the reduction in votes for Defendant, however, is 40,000 or more than the reduction for the Contestant or, at the very least, in an amount sufficient to raise reasonable doubt as to the outcome of the Election,” the lawsuit states.
- Nevada Native Vote Project strategy coordinator Ethan Doig said the organization is working on responding to the claims, but asserted that the organization encouraged Nevada Natives to cast their votes, not to vote specifically for one candidate over another.
- “It’s a baseless claim. We engaged with Trump voters and Biden voters across the board,” Doig said, adding that ensuring the Native vote was counted, regardless of who the support went to, was of the “utmost importance” for the organization.
- He added that the claim of Biden-Harris materials in the background of event photos and videos simply demonstrates the lack of attention the Trump campaign gave Native voters.
- “If the Trump campaign and Nevada GOP had shown up and done events on tribal lands, they would have been in those photos as well. Who shows up is who counts.”

7. And the average number of female mosquitoes—which transmit disease to humans when they bite—caught by traps fell by between 83 and 94 percent.
8. In some cases, none were detected at all for up to six weeks.
9. The results were also borne out by a decline of nearly 97 percent in bites suffered by locals—which in turn shifted attitudes among residents, who were initially sceptical of the project’s plan to release more mosquitoes into the local area.

11. The research builds on two existing methods: radiation-based sterile insect technique (SIT) and incompatible insect technique (IIT).
12. SIT works by releasing radiation-sterilised male mosquitoes into an environment to mate with wild female mosquitoes, reducing the size of the population over time as females fail to reproduce.
13. But irradiation of male mosquitoes tends to reduce both their mating competitiveness and their survival rates, undermining the technique’s effectiveness.
14. The IIT method involves a bacteria called Wolbachia. When males infected with it mate with female mosquitoes that aren’t infected, their eggs don’t hatch.
15. The technique doesn’t work if the female mosquitoes are infected with the same Wolbachia strain, and successful mating by mosquitoes that both carry the bacteria undermines the technique by producing more female mosquitoes infected with Wolbachia that are resistant to the process.
16. Preventing the release of Wolbachia-infected female mosquitoes is difficult, with sex-sorting techniques usually resulting in a “female contamination rate” of about 0.3 percent.
17. To overcome that, researchers decided to subject their Wolbachia-infected lab-reared mosquitoes to low-level irradiation, which rendered the females sterile but left the males able to reproduce.
18. This allowed the team to avoid the onerous sex-screening process and meant they could release significantly more mosquitoes at a time: in some cases more than 160,000 male mosquitoes per hectare, per week.

20. Lead researcher Zhiyong Xi, a professor at Michigan State University’s department of Microbiology and Molecular Genetics, compared the technique to “producing insecticide”.
21. “Our goal is to use this technique to build a protected area that is disease vector-free,” Xi told AFP.
22. Armbruster, in a review commissioned by the journal Nature that published the research on Thursday, said the study produced “striking results”.
23. That the trial “almost eliminated notoriously difficult-to-control vector mosquitoes from the test sites is remarkable,” he wrote.
24. The results weren’t a universal success—populations in areas with more traffic, near construction or roads, shrank less than those in isolated zones, likely as mosquitoes migrated in from elsewhere.
25. But Xi said the technique still holds promise if “natural barriers” like highways are used to limit the arrivals of outside mosquitoes.
26. And he said it could be used against mosquitoes that carry disease, including malaria.
27. The next steps will involve developing a “highly effective and practical release strategy” suited for urban settings,” he said.

Not as an aside, ostensibly to curry favor and gain influence, Planned Parenthood gave Hillary Clinton the Margaret Sanger award, and today, as presciently observed by POTUS Trump during his 2016 debates with Hillary, we see an ever increasing concerted effort to push for abortion on demand, late term abortion, and even efforts to permit infanticide killing of the just born infant.

DO NOTHING DEMOCRATS SCHUMER, PELOSI, AND OTHERS, INCLUDING SOME DISAFFECTED REPUBLICANS, CONTINUE THEIR DOWNWARD SPIRAL INTO OBLIVION WHILE POTUS TRUMP CONTINUES TO DELIVER ON HIS CAMPAIGN PROMISES.
POTUS TRUMP APPROVAL RATING IS 80 to 90%.
- BARREL, I read the Rasmussen poll and other polls and according to those polls the POTUS TRUMP APPROVAL RATING hovers around a low of 44% and high of 55%, what do you think?
- PORK, I’ll say it again. I’m an old advertising guy and those polls don’t make sense. Look at the immense attendance POTUS Trump gets at his rallies state by state while Hillary gets a few attendees. The left news has to gerrymander the camera angles to make it look like Hillary has a following. Pan a POTUS Trump rally with your TV camera and the building is packed to the rafters. My take still is that POTUS TRUMP’S APPROVAL RATING IS 80 TO 90%.
- Ok, BARREL, but what about the melt down of the left and some Republicans over POTUS TRUMP’s meeting with President Putin in Helsinki?
- PORK, what about it. What else is new? Once again POTUS TRUMP has played every media outlet in the world covering him. He got multi-millions if not billions of dollars in free TV time, all focused on him, all to the exclusion of any other candidate or world leader or famous person.
- BARREL, you are right. He is the most watched personality on the planet. And when FLOTUS MELANIA TRUMP or IVANKA TRUMP walk in, all the men stop dead in their tracks and all the women envy and lament that they are not as good looking. With Melania and Ivanka at his side, his approval rating is probably closer to 90 to 95%.
- PORK, I think 80 to 90% is more accurate. There is a contingent on the left that wishes he would go away. Think of it though, he prevented a nuclear meltdown in North Korea saving several hundred million lives. Now he is preventing a world melt down that impacts billions.
- Ok, BARREL, but what about President PUTIN’s saber rattling, showing off his long range missile and other ordinance?
- PORK, he is making the point that it is a good thing POTUS TRUMP and he made the effort to travel to Helsinki. A major benefit is discussion of nuclear disarmament. How can anyone in America with a lick of sense not be grateful to POTUS TRUMP. and the democrat idea of a war with Russia is unthinkable.
Meanwhile the Democrats chew their knuckles and continue to do nothing.
- POTUS TRUMP, as he promised, flew to Helsinki for the meeting and press conference with Russian President Putin and now says POTUS TRUMP is going to have another meeting. He has invited President Putin to Washington DC.
- Do nothing democrats are nuts with Trump Derangement Syndrome because POTUS TRUMP met with President Putin and will meet with him again. Negative democrats believe the continuing cold war is inevitable.
- POTUS TRUMP gets along very well with President Putin and reaffirms there was no collusion between him and the Russians and that the Russians have nothing on him and results are that the U.S. and Russia now have a good relationship.
- Do nothing democrats are nuts with Trump Derangement Syndrome because they are haters and want a boxing match and a confession from President Putin that he and the Russian state controlled POTUS Trump.
- POTUS TRUMP seriously discussed nuclear disarmament with President Putin as the two countries control 90% of the world’s nuclear ordinance.
- Do nothing democrats are nuts and want to go to war with Russia.
- POTUS TRUMP suggested others besides Russia were meddling in the U.S. election. [Like Brennan, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Comey, DNC, Podestas, Hillary and Bill, Soros, etc., etc.]
- Do nothing democrats are nuts with Trump Derangement Syndrome because POTUS Trump and President Putin called them out for laundering 400 million dollars [Looks like at least 484 million; Including paying Russians a million dollars for a fake dossier; and for pushing flawed FISA warrants; and for selling out a quarter to half of America’s uranium to the Russians; and for fake news pushing “the Russians colluded with POTUS Trump to make Hillary lose the election” narrative.] and because they say POTUS Trump didn’t support the U.S. intelligence community.
- POTUS TRUMP reviewed the Helsinki press conference transcript, and spoke to the nation, clarifying, and reaffirming his faith in Director Dan Coats and the nation’s intelligence community, again garnering multi-millions of dollars in free air time; meanwhile, the White House has prepared a list of all of the many ways POTUS TRUMP has been supporting the USA as against Russia and other adversarial nations.
- Do nothing democrats went and still are nuts with Trump Derangement Syndrome, continuing to beat POTUS Trump up, with Chuck Schumer “shouting” “too little too late,” not doing his homework to read the fact that Rod Rosenstein said no American participated and no Russian was guilty until such was proven in a court of law, and not getting it that the 12 charged could not be extradited for a trial anyway.
- POTUS TRUMP discussed NATO with President Putin, having earlier had a brilliant meeting with NATO allies, garnering billions of dollars more for NATO from allies who have been dillitory in making their NATO payments, and this to strengthen NATO.
- Do nothing democrats are still nuts with Trump Derangement Syndrome, stirring up the fake news media, and casting verbal foolishness about NATO and POTUS TRUMP who is VIGOROUSLY defending the nation on its borders and abroad.
- POTUS TRUMP acknowledged Russia’s help with North Korea and tweets, “where relationships with us are very good and the process is moving along. There is no rush, the sanctions remain! Big benefits and exciting future for North Korea at end of process!”

BARREL, DO NOTHING DEMOCRATS SCHUMER, PELOSI, AND OTHERS, INCLUDING SOME DISAFFECTED REPUBLICANS, CONTINUE THEIR DOWNWARD SPIRAL INTO OBLIVION WHILE POTUS TRUMP CONTINUES TO DELIVER ON HIS CAMPAIGN PROMISES.

- POTUS TRUMP, as he promised, flies to Helsinki for a first meeting and press conference with Russian President Putin.
- Do nothing democrats go nuts because POTUS TRUMP meets with President Putin. Negative democrats believe the continuing cold war is inevitable.
- POTUS TRUMP gets along very well with President Putin and reaffirms there was no collusion between him and the Russians and that the Russians have nothing on him and results are that the U.S. and Russia now have a good relationship.
- Do nothing democrats go nuts because haters wanted a boxing match and a confession from President Putin that he and the Russian state controlled POTUS Trump.
- POTUS TRUMP seriously discusses nuclear disarmament with President Putin as the two countries control 90% of the world’s nuclear ordinance.
- Do nothing democrats go nuts and want to go to war with Russia.
- POTUS TRUMP suggests others besides Russia were meddling in the U.S. election. [Like Brennan, McCabe, Strzok, Page, Comey, DNC, Podestas, Hillary and Bill, Soros, etc., etc.]
- Do nothing democrats go nuts because they are called out for laundering 400 million dollars [At least 484 million, Including paying Russians a million dollars for a fake dossier, and for pushing flawed FISA warrants, and for selling out a quarter to half of America’s uranium to the Russians, and for fake news pushing “the Russians colluded with POTUS Trump to make Hillary lose the election” narrative.] and because they say POTUS Trump didn’t support the U.S. intelligence community.
- POTUS TRUMP reviews Helsinki press conference transcript, speaks to the nation, clarifies, and reaffirms his faith in Director Dan Coats and the nation’s intelligence community.
- Do nothing democrats go nuts, continue to beat POTUS Trump up, and Chuck Schumer “shouts” “too little too late” not doing his homework to read the fact that Rod Rosenstein said no American participated and no Russian was guilty until such was proven in a court of law.
- POTUS TRUMP discusses NATO with President Putin, having earlier had a brilliant meeting with NATO allies garnering billions of dollars more from allies.
- Do nothing democrats go nuts, stir up the fake news media, and cast verbal foolishness about NATO and POTUS Trump who is defending the nation on its borders and abroad.
- POTUS TRUMP acknowledges Russia’s help with North Korea and tweets, “where relationships with us are very good and the process is moving along. There is no rush, the sanctions remain! Big benefits and exciting future for North Korea at end of process!”
- Do nothing democrats go nuts, wring their hands, and lament the fact that POTUS TRUMP has saved millions of people from nuclear holocaust.
- POTUS TRUMP says this Russia reset with President Putin will be an even greater success with many positive things to come. [Discusses working together to eliminate terrorism, working together to eliminate Syrian conflict and provide humanitarian aid, talks of reducing nuclear armaments.]
- Do nothing democrats go nuts, accuse both POTUS Trump and President Putin, and still have no policies that help us be free, safe, and prosperous, and continue to do nothing.
